Deine Aufgaben

  • ERP / SAP First-Level-Support für Mitarbeitende im Kundenservice
  • Unterstützung von Servicetechnikern bei Systemfragen
  • Schulung und Wissenstransfer im Umgang mit SAP und ERP-Systemen
  • Mitarbeit an Projekten zur Systemerweiterung oder Ablösung
  • Datenaufbereitung und Analyse zur Prozessoptimierung
  • Vor-Ort-Besuche für Schulungen und Erfahrungsaustausch

Dein Profil

  • 3+ Jahre Erfahrung in kaufmännischem oder technischem Umfeld, ideralerweise im Bereich Kundenservice
  • Erfahrung im ERP-Support und Projektumfeld
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SAP, idealerweise Modul CS (Einarbeitung gewährleistet)
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Italienisch und Französisch von Vorteil
