Junior Regulatory Compliance Specialist Founderful – Zürich, Research and Development – Full-time, Hybrid. We’re at an exciting inflection point, evolving from a drone company into the global leader in aerial insights. To make this leap, we’ve just expanded our portfolio with WingtraRAY, boosting productivity and compliance for aerial data acquisition. We’re looking for a Junior Regulatory Compliance Specialist to boost our Zurich-based regulatory team, ensuring our drones and operations meet aviation and airworthiness standards worldwide. You’ll take ownership of regulatory topics—from monitoring new rules to supporting market access and training—bridging compliance and innovation across engineering, operations, and sales. Responsibilities Ensure product and operational compliance with aviation regulations (EU, US, and beyond) Support regulatory impact assessments and maintain operational approvals documentation (SORA, manuals, training) Collaborate with engineering and testing teams developing regulatory-related product features Help sales and partners navigate drone regulations in global markets Requirements Hands‑on exposure to aviation regulations (e.g. Part‑UAS, SORA) through studies, work or internship experience Pragmatic, motivated mindset – driven to make drone innovation real Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with an interest in aviation safety and standards Clear communicator in English Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and contributing to continuous improvement We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
