Upon agreement, we are looking for a

Junior Founder's Associate Intern

(100%) 

St. Gallen (100% Onsite) |  Sector: Tourism + Tech | Type: 80%-100%, Unpaid Internship

This

internship is designed as a pre-programme assessment period for the Junior Founder's Associate Programme. If the internship is mutually successfully completed, you will be offered a 2-year paid contract as a Junior Founder's Associate with a competitive cash + equity package. During the internship, you will be immersed in the core activities of our business, gain in-depth knowledge of our operations, and demonstrate your potential to grow with us.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will support the Founder and CEO office team in:

  • Operations Management (50%)
  • Booking processing, customer interaction, daily business support.
  • Community Growth (20%)
  • Supporting acquisition and onboarding of new Locals.
  • Corporate & Admin (10%)
  • Assisting with legal, governance, fundraising and internal documentation.
  • Marketing & Growth Support (10%)
  • Helping with social media, partnerships and communication campaigns.
  • Founder's Brand & External Relations (10%)
  • Supporting public affairs, presentations and online brand positioning.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor or Master in Business, Tech, Finance or similar.
  • At least 1 international experience (exchange/internship/study abroad).
  • Strong emotional intelligence and social skills.
  • Sharp analytical and conceptual abilities.
  • Willingness to perform a wide range of tasks, including repetitive ones.
  • Excellent multitasker and proactive mindset.
  • Fluent in English and German (mandatory); other languages a plus

WE OFFER

Upon successful completion of the internship, based on mutual fit and performance evaluation, you may be offered a position in our 2-year Junior Founder's Associate Programme, which includes:

  • Year 1: CHF 72k (50% salary + 50% equity)
  • Year 2: CHF 120k (50% salary + 50% equity)
  • From Year 3: Regular salary CHF 6k/month + additional stock options
