At De Kleer, we're redefining what premium knitwear looks & feels like. Designed in Switzerland, crafted in Europe, and powered by innovation, De Kleer delivers timeless knitwear made-to-order for each customer.

Now, we're looking for a creative and committed intern (volunteer basis) to help shape our voice, visuals, and brand experience.

What You'll Do

As a
Junior Founder's Associate
Intern, you will be working closely with the founders of De Kleer and you will play a key role in how the world sees and feels De Kleer. You will support a broad range of creative, marketing, and branding efforts, including:

  • Writing content for our website, social media, and in-store (POS) materials.
  • Creating and editing image content.
  • Contributing to the visual and narrative brand story of De Kleer.
  • Conducting market and trend research (e.g. competitor branding strategies).
  • Supporting product and lifestyle photography.
  • Designing graphics and moodboards for digital and physical channels.
  • Maintaining and updating our existing website (Shopify/Content).
  • Assisting in the creation of POS materials and brand assets.
  • Helping us build and refine the De Kleer Brand Book.

What You Bring

You are either in training, recently graduated, or transitioning from one of these or similar fields:

  • A background (or studies) in marketing, communication design, media design, or related fields ("Mediamatik EFZ" does qualify).
  • Strong skills in text writing (German and/or English).
  • Experience with photo editing, graphic tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe, Figma, or similar).
  • Interest in visual storytelling, moodboards, and minimalist design.
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude and high attention to detail.
  • Strong interest in sustainability, design, and fashion culture.
  • Ideally: photography and/or video editing skills.

  • Compensation: This is a volunteer internship (unpaid)
  • Workload: 30%-80%

You will work closely with the founders and be fully involved in the creative and brand development process. This is a rare opportunity to leave your mark on a next-generation fashion brand and build a real portfolio.
