Your role

Do you have a proven track record for designing and implementing AI solutions to address complex business challenges in Finance? Do you want to play a key role in transforming our Finance Function through our ampliFi program?

We're looking for an Agentic AI Product Manager to:

  • develop AI solutions for finance and independently translate solution designs into effective UI/UX frameworks
  • collaborate with finance stakeholders to identify and understand business problems, and translate them into agentic AI solutions
  • deliver at pace in a dynamic and high profile program

Your team

In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You'll be working in the Agentic AI team in Switzerland, collaborating closely with our global finance stakeholders across all functions within finance.

Your expertise

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in machine learning product development, preferably in financial services
  • proficiency in Python & SQL is essential
  • strong knowledge of Machine Learning frameworks: PyTorch, Keras, Flux
  • skilled in data analysis libraries: Pandas, Numpy, Pyspark, Matplotlib
  • experience with cloud platforms: Azure, GCP, AWS, Databricks
  • proven track record of delivery at pace in a financial institution
