• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
• Platform Product Management experience in areas such as commerce, infrastructure, design systems.

• Knowledge of platform or B2B product management.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers in developing the technical architecture of the products you have built.
• Ability to craft a coherent product goal, multi-quarter strategy and roadmap.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Marketing, to identify opportunities, develop product initiatives, and implement data-driven experiments to improve key metrics.

• Be responsible for implementation and partner engagement of Studio Messaging by developing and implementing innovative approaches to optimize user experience and engagement through messaging.
• Work with the Studio life-cycle team and partner with Product Managers, UX, Data Science, Engineering, and various partners across YouTube's verticals and geographies.
• Lead with customer empathy, and rely on data and user research to make informed decisions with product instincts.
