Role Description

As a Developer Digital Business, you will play a key role in creating and implementing digital business strategies, developing solutions to optimize workflows, and supporting digital platforms. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting market research, analyzing business data, generating leads, and collaborating with clients to deliver tailored solutions. The role involves streamlining digital systems and providing exceptional customer service while supporting projects such as website development, digital growth strategies, and advisory solutions. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Zug, allowing for a mix of in-office and remote work.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret and optimize business data effectively.
  • Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven experience in Lead Generation and implementing strategies to attract potential clients.
  • Expertise in Market Research to identify trends and support data-driven decisions.
  • A commitment to exceptional Customer Service to maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in digital tools such as CMS, CRM, and WordPress is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
  • Prior experience in a consultancy or startup environment is an advantage.
