Purpose
Collaborate in the industrialization of a new production process, starting with the stabilization and characterization of the cell line of interest through to its large-scale growth.
Participate in production activities related to the various biological products processed at our client.
Requirements:
- Experience in isolation and culture maintenance techniques for primary cell lines and in the manipulation of immortalized mammalian cell lines.
- Development and optimization of cell expansion processes in bioreactors, from small volumes (2 L) to production scale (200 L).
- Experience in flow cytometry techniques (FACS analysis).
- Basic knowledge of the main molecular biology techniques (PCR, etc.).
- Develop and perform biological assays in a timely and accurate manner.
- Experience in laboratory management, including ordering consumables, equipment maintenance, etc.
- Practical mindset, good organizational and problem-solving skills, and a good aptitude for teamwork.
