Aufgaben
  • Dreh- und Angelpunkt in einem Projektteam sein, vom Kick-Off bis zum Go-Live
  • Unsere Kund:innen als Hauptansprechperson in allen digitalen Fragen umfassend beraten und verschiedene Bedürfnisse in Einklang bringen
  • Vielseitige und komplexe Digital- und Webprojekte zum Erfolg bringen, dabei stets den Überblick behalten, Aufgaben koordinieren sowie nachverfolgen und Prioritäten setzen
  • Betreuen, planen und anleiten der interdisziplinären Projektteams
  • Verantworten der Timelines, Budgets und Ressourcen im Projekt-Controlling
  • Bereitschaft mindestens 2 Tage im YOO-Büro in Basel sowie punktuell bei Kunden zu arbeiten
Qualifikation
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung im Digitalbereich, davon mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung von Digitalprojekten und im Stakeholder Management, vorzugsweise in einer Agentur
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Wirtschaftsinformatik (FH/HF) oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung
  • Passion, Engagement und ein offener Spirit
  • Kommunikationsstarke und begeisterungsfähige Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Kundenorientierung
  • Sehr strukturierte, zielorientierte und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise sowie vernetztes Denken
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Web und Mobile Technologien, erfahren in der Zusammenarbeit mit Software-Entwicklungsteams
  • Weiterbildung im Projekt Management (bspw. IPMA oder PMI) von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden als Product Owner oder Scrum Master sind ein Plus
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- (mindestens C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
