Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve our brand identity across all platforms and media.
  • Design and implement a unified internal and external communication strategy.
  • Ensure a consistent brand presence in tone, language, and visual design.
  • Oversee the creation and quality of marketing materials, presentations, advertising assets, and branded merchandise.
  • Lead the relaunch, management, and ongoing optimization of the company website.
  • Develop and execute a data-driven content and digital marketing strategy with measurable KPIs.
  • Plan and deliver company-hosted events (e.g., ConneXion) and coordinate our presence at international industry events (e.g., GSMA WAS, MWC, ITW).
  • Represent the company confidently and persuasively at industry events and conferences.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing, creative marketing team.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and excellence within the team.
  • Collaborate closely with product and sales departments to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Advocate for the strategic importance of marketing across the organization.

Your Profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within B2B technology or telecommunications.
  • Proven expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and event management.
  • Strong strategic and conceptual thinking paired with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience leading and motivating small teams.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with a balance of strategic and operational focus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Confident, engaging presence at international events; willingness to travel.
  • Proficiency in design and web tools is an advantage.
