to find an experienced
Marketing Director
to drive strategic growth across their business. This company is known for its
precision, innovation, and commitment to advancing eye care
, with a strong international presence and a history of market-leading products in ophthalmology.

What we're looking for:

  • 10+ years of experience
    in marketing within the ophthalmology/eye care industry.
  • Proven track record of managing
    revenue of over 100 million CHF.
  • Strong strategic and commercial mindset with experience leading high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in product launches, market development, and brand positioning.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive commercial growth and market share across ophthalmology products
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team
  • Oversee product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, clinical, and operations
  • Monitor market trends and customer insights to inform strategy
