  • Gestion de l'emploi du temps d'une équipe d'environ 20 techniciens de 4 technologies toutes confondues pour la partie maintenance et installation en collaboration avec le département service technique coordination

  • Support premier niveau pour l'ensemble des techniciens et suivi de la qualité des travaux par des visites régulières des installations 

  • Mise en place d'un standard de travail par technologie pour gagner en sécurité, en efficacité et en qualité sur le terrain 

  • Mise en place en collaboration avec le responsable EHS de formations continues pour garantir les compétences clés au sein de la société 

  • Suivi et standardisation de la qualité de donnes au niveau administratif selon les exigences de la société 

Exigences

  • Formation technique de base accompagnée d'une formation en gestion d'équipe 

  • Expérience confirmée dans le domaine de la sécurité en tant que technicien expérimenté ou chef de projet 

  • Connaissances des exigences de la LdT pour la gestion de la planification 

  • Personnalité ouverte et communicative, résistante au stress, flexible et orientée solution 

  • Maitrise des outils informatiques usuels

  • Connaissance d'une seconde langue (allemand ou anglais) un atout
