CONTEXTE

Au sein du Département Administratif et Bâtiments, vous garantissez la qualité de notre accueil. Contact privilégié de nos clients internes et externes, vous véhiculez l'image de la Maison Cartier à travers votre professionnalisme.

COMMENT AUREZ-VOUS UN IMPACT ?

Vous êtes en charge d'assurer l'accueil de nos visiteurs, de réceptionner et d'orienter les différents appels téléphoniques. En complément de votre mission principale, vous traitez et distribuez le courrier puis assurez le scannage des factures. En étroite proximité avec nos collaborateurs, vous les accompagnez et les renseignez au quotidien. Enfin, vous contribuez activement aux différentes activités administratives de l'équipe et du Département.

QUELLES SONT LES CLES DE VOTRE REUSSITE AU SEIN DE NOTRE MAISON ?

Au bénéfice d'un CFC d'employé de commerce ou d'un titre équivalent, vous justifiez d'une première expérience dans un poste similaire. A l'aise avec les outils informatiques, vous savez gérer plusieurs activités de manière simultanée. Maîtrisant parfaitement le français et avec un très bon niveau d'anglais, vous êtes doté d'excellentes capacités de communication verbale et écrite. De présentation soignée, vous êtes reconnu pour votre entregent, votre adaptabilité et démontrez un fort esprit d'équipe.
