Des hôtes satisfaits Tu transmets ton expertise en termes d'hospitalité à toute l'équipe de service, que tu motives également grâce à ton esprit d'équipe à toute épreuve. Constamment à l'écoute des souhaits et des commentaires de nos hôtes, tu as l'œil pour les détails d'une expérience parfaite dans le restaurant. Tu partages les retours avec le management du restaurant et mets en œuvre les mesures avec efficacité. Ainsi, conjointement avec l'équipe de service, tu offres de vrais moments «waouh» et veilles à ce que nos hôtes fassent partie des plus heureux de Suisse. Ta satisfaction n'est entière que lorsque chaque hôte est heureux.

Tu es en charge de l'hospitalité du restaurant: accueil et échange actif avec nos hôtes – toujours avec comme objectif d'offrir une expérience parfaite dans le restaurant.
La qualité n'a pas de secret pour toi: mise en œuvre de toutes les normes pour le meilleur service, des produits savoureux et une atmosphère agréable dans le restaurant.
La polyvalence est ta force: service à table, devant la caisse et en cuisine – tu es à l'aise partout lorsque l'équipe a besoin de ton aide.
