Das ist der Job - Deine Hauptaufgaben bei Eraneos

  • Zusammen mit deinen Arbeitskolleg:innen unterstützt du die Schweizer Armee und deren Umfeld auf dem Weg der Digitalisierung.

  • Deine technologischen Kenntnisse setzt du in den Projekten ein, um komplexe Problemstellungen zu lösen.

  • Als Projektleiter übernimmst du den Lead und führst das Projektteam zum Erfolg.


Dieser Job ist für dich, wenn

  • Du vertieftes Verständnis in der Informationstechnologie besitzt.

  • Du einen technischen Hochschulabschluss (MSc oder ähnliches) hast.

  • Du abgeschlossene militärische Ausbildung (RS, UOS, OS) vorweisen kannst.

  • Du Erfahrung in der Verteidigungsbranche und deren spezifischen Herausforderungen mitbringst.

  • Du Erfahrung in Projektarbeiten hast, idealerweise nach HERMES.

  • Du eine strukturierte Arbeitsmethodik anwendest.

  • Du analytisches Denkvermögen und Problemlösungskompetenz zeigst.

  • Du teamfähig bist und ein hohe Lernbereitschaft besitzt.

  • Du gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten hast.
