Role Description

This is a freelance, on-site Business Administration Consultant role based in Geneva.

The Business Administration Consultant will be responsible for designing, preparing, and delivering professional training programs in business administration fields such as strategic planning, organizational development, operations management, and administrative efficiency. The consultant will develop engaging course materials, practical workshops, and real-world case studies aligned with Mercury Training Center's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, design, and update training materials and course content related to business administration.

Deliver engaging and practical training sessions (on-site or hybrid) to professionals at various managerial levels.

Provide guidance on business planning, organizational structures, workflow optimization, and administrative best practices.

Develop interactive exercises, simulations, and case studies reflecting real business scenarios.

Assess participants' learning progress and provide constructive feedback.

Stay up to date with the latest trends in business administration, management practices, and organizational development.

Collaborate with the training coordination team to ensure course quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Business Administration Consultant, Management Trainer, or Business Advisor.

Demonstrated experience in training delivery or professional instruction (preferred).

Strong understanding of business operations, organizational development, and strategic planning.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

Ability to deliver courses on-site in Geneva.

Freelance availability and flexibility for scheduled training sessions.
