Tu assures la gestion des identités et des accès SAP et Windows pour garantir sécurité et conformité. En lien direct avec les personnes utilisatrices, tu analyses leurs besoins et attribues les rôles adéquats selon le statut, le service et le site. Avec les équipes IT, tu fais évoluer nos pratiques grâce à des méthodes actuelles. Tu partages ton savoir et coaches les collègues lors des demandes et des revues d'accès.

  • Gérer le cycle de vie des comptes SAP, de la création à la suppression, avec priorité à la sécurité et à la conformité
  • Attribuer et retirer des rôles via SAP IDM en respectant les règles de nommage
  • Effectuer audits et revues d'accès, suivre les incidents et améliorer en continu les processus
  • Collaborer avec l'IT, former et coacher pour des pratiques d'accès cohérentes
  • Travailler de manière flexible et autonome avec un haut niveau de responsabilité

Tes skills

  • CFC en informatique ou formation équivalente
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience en gestion des accès et des autorisations SAP
  • Maîtrise des concepts d'autorisations SAP et des méthodes d'authentification
  • Pratique confirmée de SAP IDM et des transactions clés de gestion des rôles
  • Connaissance des environnements SAP tels que S/4HANA et des répertoires d'identités comme Active Directory
  • Sens du service, approche pragmatique et orientation objectifs
  • Méthode de travail fiable, autonome et flexible, avec une communication claire
  • Esprit d'équipe, goût pour les échanges et le partage de connaissances
  • Très bon français et bon anglais B2, autres langues nationales un atout
