Vos missions

  • Vous supervisez l'exécution des projets en veillant au bon déroulement des processus ;
  • Vous garantissez l'allocation optimale des matériaux selon les exigences de qualité, de délai et de quantité ;
  • Vous développez et implémentez des méthodes de fabrication efficaces pour optimiser les flux et réduire les gaspillages ;
  • Vous encadrez, formez et accompagnez votre équipe dans la mise en place de nouveaux processus et dans leur montée en compétences ;
  • Vous assurez un soutien actif aux équipes projets et intervenez rapidement en cas de situation critique ;
  • Vous veillez au respect des normes, des standards internes et des exigences ESG ;

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes diplômé·e d'un Bachelor ou Master en ingénierie industrielle, manufacturing ou domaine équivalent ;
  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience confirmée en management industriel ou en gestion de projets techniques ;
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils d'amélioration continue (JIT, DMAIC) ainsi que les logiciels Microsoft Project et SAP ;
  • Vous êtes reconnu·e pour votre esprit analytique, votre leadership, votre sens de l'organisation et votre capacité à fédérer ;
  • Vous parlez couramment le
