Linux Software Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain software solutions for embedded devices running Linux
  • Develop features involving hardware interfaces and low-level system operations
  • Integrate proprietary and open-source components into tailored Linux distributions
  • Write clean C++ code
  • Apply secure coding standards
  • Familiarity with build systems such as CMake or Make

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Linux-based development environments
  • Strong proficiency in C++ programming
  • Basic understanding of Bash or shell scripting
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Must hold EU citizenship or Swiss work permit
