Verantwortung

  • Strategische Leitung des Qualitätsmanagements und Entwicklung des Teams
  • Qualitätskultur im Unternehmen verankern und Ursachenanalysen umsetzen
  • Einhaltung und Weiterentwicklung der IATF 16949 Standards
  • Anwendung von APQP, PPAP und FMEA in Produkt- und Prozessentwicklung
  • Nachhaltige Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen mit Kostenkontrolle

Profil

  • Ingenieurstudium mit Zusatzqualifikation im Qualitätsmanagement
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im QM, idealerweise im Automotive-Bereich
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse in IATF 16949, VDA, QS 9000, FMEA, APQP, PPAP
  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Entscheidungsstark, kundenorientiert, durchsetzungsfähig
