We are seeking a versatile Receptionist (m/f/d) - part-time Your tasks: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and staff Manage the visitor management system, including check-in procedures and badge issuance Handle incoming calls, routing them appropriately and taking messages when necessary Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare conference facilities Support basic administrative tasks as needed Maintain the reception area in a neat, organized, and presentable condition Monitor building access and security systems during reception hours Support internal communications as directed by management Assist with basic IT troubleshooting for meeting rooms and reception equipment Qualifications: Previous experience (2 years) in facilities maintenance and/or reception roles Working knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safe working practices Basic technical skills across multiple disciplines (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Customer service orientation Computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications Good problem-solving skills and practical approach to challenges Flexibility to prioritize between reception and maintenance duties Experience with visitor management systems (advantageous) Relevant certifications in health and safety or technical areas (advantageous) What you can expect from us You'll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
