We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people  and empowering them to  thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.   We are seeking a versatileReceptionist (m/f/d) - part-timeYour tasks:Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and staffManage the visitor management system, including check-in procedures and badge issuanceHandle incoming calls, routing them appropriately and taking messages when necessaryProcess incoming and outgoing mail and deliveriesCoordinate meeting room bookings and prepare conference facilitiesSupport basic administrative tasks as neededMaintain the reception area in a neat, organized, and presentable conditionMonitor building access and security systems during reception hoursSupport internal communications as directed by managementAssist with basic IT troubleshooting for meeting rooms and reception equipmentQualifications:Previous experience (2+ years) in facilities maintenance and/or reception rolesWorking knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safe working practicesBasic technical skills across multiple disciplines (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsCustomer service orientationComputer literacy including Microsoft Office applicationsGood problem-solving skills and practical approach to challengesFlexibility to prioritize between reception and maintenance dutiesExperience with visitor management systems (advantageous)Relevant certifications in health and safety or technical areas (advantageous) What you can expect from us   You'll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
