About the role

Operational Excellence

• Oversee the optimization of operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations by design.

• Lead the development and implementation of cross-functional projects, e.g., to optimize the customer-relationship manager experience and enhance tool-based support for relationship managers.

• Collaborate across 1st and 2nd Line of Defence to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and relevant industry standards.

• Manage CRM and other relevant tools, including driving development and enhancement of new features to support client engagement.

Customer Analytics

• Lead the Business Intelligence team and guide the development of customer intelligence dashboards.

• Ensure robust and stable reporting capabilities tailored to the needs of various stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making across the division.

Commercial Success

• Collaborate with the Chief Clients Officer to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities within the strategic mandate.

• Lead key client projects and initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Executive Support

• Act as a trusted advisor to the Chief Clients Officer, providing support in decision-making, problem-solving, and prioritizing initiatives.

• Track and report on the performance of key initiatives and projects, providing regular updates for the Chief Clients Officer and the Group Executive Board.

Our ideal candidate

• Bachelor or Master (including MBA) degree from a reputable university in either a business or technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in either a top tier strategy consulting firm, investment banking or finance with a focus on sales or client management.
• Able to break down problems into logical components, conduct structured qualitative and quantitative analyses, and present results in an understandable fashion.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Front tools (CRM, core-banking, AML monitoring) and related processes
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools, data analytics, and dashboard development to support customer insights and reporting.
• Can-do attitude embracing ambiguity and a changing environment with frequent new tasks.
• Passionate about digital assets. Digital assets are Sygnum's daily business, and we expect you to have an affinity to this topic and share our vision for future finance.
• Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to develop new ideas and solutions.
• Inspirational Leadership Experience and can-do attitude.
