To strengthen our evolving Group Finance team, we are looking for an ambitious, highly motivated, and hands-on Finance and Legal Administrative Coordinator.

Based in Zug, Switzerland – hybrid working with 3 days in the office/2 days wfh
Contract type: Permanent
This position requires candidates to be fluent in English

About the Role

  • Support the Director of Finance and Legal with administrative tasks.
  • Facilitate collaboration between teams by organising regular division meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups, and coordinating additional initiatives as required.
  • Maintain communication with other divisions to foster a synchronised way of working and proactively align on developments.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the division members.
  • Oversee general operations at the Zug office.
  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process for staff, including the introduction of corporate tools and processes

What makes a successful candidate?

  • Completed apprenticeship in business administration, finance, or similar
  • 2 years' experience in a comparable role, ideally in an international company
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communicator and team player, comfortable across cultures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential; Microsoft D365 a plus)
  • Fluent English; German or French a plus
