In dieser Position arbeitest du eng mit der Geschäftsleitung und dem Sales-Team zusammen.

Du koordinierst Abläufe, unterstützt bei Prozessen, Analysen und internen Projekten – und trägst so direkt dazu bei, dass unser Vertrieb effizient und erfolgreich läuft.

Deine Aufgaben: Sales, Operations & Prozesssteuerung

  • Unterstützung bei der täglichen Organisation und Priorisierung im Sales-Alltag
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Prozessen, Vorlagen und Reporting-Strukturen
  • Pflege und Sicherstellung der CRM-Datenqualität
  • Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Reports, Analysen und KPI-Auswertungen
  • Koordination administrativer Abläufe und IT-bezogener Themen (z. B. Onboarding, Userverwaltung, Tool-Optimierung)

Kommunikation & Schnittstellenmanagement

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsleitung, Sales-Leitung und internen Teams
  • Unterstützung bei Abstimmungen, Projekten und Informationsflüssen
  • Mitarbeit an bereichsübergreifenden Initiativen und Prozessverbesserungen
  • Aktive Beteiligung an Sales-Meetings und internen Projekten

Dein Profil

  • Du befindest dich in einem laufenden Studium (z. B. BWL, Wirtschaft, HR, Marketing oder Kommunikation)
  • Du möchtest dein theoretisches Wissen durch praxisnahe Sales- und Organisationserfahrung ergänzen
  • Starkes Organisationstalent, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Eigeninitiative
  • Sicher im Umgang mit MS Office 365, idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen
  • Freude an Zahlen, Kommunikation und Prozessarbeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
