To support the growth of team, we are looking to recruit a **Technical Coordinator and Client Representative (m/w/d)** to start as soon as possible or upon agreement.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Provide assistance to the International Head of Sales Panorama Design Doors (operations, administration and coordination tasks. Also act as a Deputy in the absence of this professional).
- Offer support to international partner companies and architects in concept planning.
- Provide technical assistance to customers in the preparation of quotations.
- Create and calculate quotations for customers.
- Pre-calculate and budget orders.
- Advise customers globally on our clients' glide sliding window systems.
- Maintain, retain, and expand customer relationships.

**Your profile:
- Education background in Metal Construction or Civil Engineering or similar field.
- Previous technical experience in metal construction, civil engineering, building or the window/facade industry.
- Further education or experience in sales (nice to have)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD. Able to do **drawings in AutoCAD** is a must requirement (your will work closely with technical team).
- Fluent in English. Fluent in German.
- Excellent coordination and time management skills
- Problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges and customer concerns.
