Role SummaryWe are seeking an ILS Manager to lead the Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) activities throughout the life cycle of systems and products. This role is strategic in nature, involving the planning, coordination, and implementation of ILS strategies to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics processes.
Responsibilities- Plan, control, and implement ILS activities
- Develop and maintain ILS strategies and documentation
- Analyze maintenance requirements and define appropriate measures
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Support projects with logistical expertise
- Ensure compliance with relevant norms and standards
- Degree in technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering)
- Professional experience in Integrated Logistics Support or related fields
- Knowledge of relevant norms and standards (e.g. MIL-STD, DEF-STAN)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Fluency in German and English
- Must be Swiss or EU passport holder, or valid Swiss permit holder.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with the logistics processes of Army Logistics Base (LBA)
- Military background as a senior officer or non-commissioned officer
