We're Hiring: Drug Discovery Scientist - AI-Assisted Molecular Research

generalAI is building the future of pharmaceutical research with our proprietary 36-algorithm AGI/ASI system. We're looking for a passionate **Drug Discovery Scientist** to lead computational drug discovery initiatives and transform how medicines are created.


What You'll Do

  • Lead **AI-assisted molecular design** using cutting-edge neural and neuro-symbolic algorithms

  • Perform **high-throughput virtual screening** against disease targets (oncology, neurology, immunology)

  • Build **SAR models and predictive ML models** for drug optimization

  • Execute **molecular dynamics simulations** on state-of-the-art GPU infrastructure

  • Collaborate with **pharma partners** (Novartis, Roche, GSK network) on research projects

  • Publish in **top-tier journals** and develop intellectual property

  • Shape the direction of AI in drug discovery as an early team member


What We're Looking For

**Required:**

  • PhD in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 3-8 years computational drug discovery/cheminformatics experience

  • Python proficiency (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)

  • Experience with molecular modeling tools (RDKit, PyMOL, Maestro)

  • Strong publication record (2+ peer-reviewed papers)

  • English fluency

**Nice to Have:**

  • AI/ML experience (neural networks, deep learning for molecules)

  • GPU computing (CUDA, PyTorch)

  • Pharma industry background

  • HPC/cluster computing experience
