We're building the world's first 36-algorithm ASI/AGI platform for drug discovery, and we need a visionary Chief Marketing Officer to tell our story to the world.

You'll lead marketing strategy for a CHF 43-72 TRILLION drug portfolio (representing ~14% of global wealth) across 76 therapeutic areas. This is not a computational role - it's a business development and commercial strategy position for someone with deep pharmaceutical and biotech industry expertise.

Who We're Looking For

Essential Background (Required)

Drug Discovery Industry Experience

10+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, business development, or commercial strategy

Deep understanding of clinical trial phases, regulatory pathways (FDA, EMA, Swissmedic)

Experience with drug candidate positioning, pharma partnerships, or licensing deals

Track record of building relationships with major pharma decision-makers

Wet Lab / Clinical Credibility

Hands-on knowledge of laboratory operations, chemistry, biology, or clinical workflows

Familiarity with manufacturing, scale-up, and GMP processes

Understanding of preclinical to clinical transition requirements

Can speak credibly to drug developers, chemists, and regulatory teams

Commercial Acumen

Experience in go-to-market strategy for biotech platforms

Success with partnership negotiations, licensing, or acquisition discussions

Understanding of portfolio value assessment and NPV modeling

B2B marketing to pharma and venture audiences

Bonus (Nice-to-Have)

Entrepreneurial spirit - you've launched something from zero to market

DACH region pharmaceutical networks (Deutschland, Österreich, Switzerland)

The Role

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Narrative & Positioning

Craft the generalAI story for investors, pharma partners, and the biotech ecosystem

Position our 20,000-candidate portfolio as the breakthrough platform it is

Create messaging around clinical validation, competitive advantage, and market timing

Emphasize Swiss biotech excellence and regulatory advantage (Swissmedic approvals faster in EU)

Business Development

Identify and pitch partnership opportunities with major pharma (acquisitions, licensing, R&D collaborations)

Build relationships with pharma business development teams, licensing groups

Support investor outreach for Series A (CHF 100M, 10M shares @ CHF 10) with CHF 43-72T portfolio backing

Negotiate with Roche, Novartis, Servier, and European pharma majors

Portfolio Marketing

Develop case studies for top 100 candidates (clinical protocols, NPV justifications in CHF)

Create regulatory strategy communications for FDA/EMA/Swissmedic pathways

Support IND-enabling studies marketing and timeline communication

Build compelling deck narratives around drug mechanism, market size, clinical potential

Ecosystem Building

Establish relationships with KOLs (key opinion leaders) in target therapeutic areas

Engage with pharma networks, conferences (JP Morgan, BIO CEO, Jefferies Healthcare)

Build credibility within drug discovery and biotech investment communities

Represent generalAI at industry events across DACH region and beyond

Strategic Planning

Lead market entry strategy for lead candidates

Develop 2-3 year commercial roadmap

Define target partner profiles and outreach sequences

Track competitive landscape and market intelligence

Work Structure

Remote Foundation

Primary: 100% remote, work from anywhere globally

Tool stack: Discord

Autonomy: Set your own hours; results-driven culture

Base: Zug headquarters optional (available for meetings)

Hybrid Flexibility (12+ months)

Future: Transition to hybrid model with optional Zug headquarters access

Lab access: Wet lab visits for candidate validation, partnership meetings, clinical site tours

Partner meetings: In-person pharmaceutical executive meetings (2-3x quarterly, primarily DACH region)

Investor meetings: JP Morgan Healthcare, BIO CEO, and other key conferences

Real Lab Access

This isn't a computational role - you'll have:

Direct access to our wet lab for hands-on candidate evaluation

Ability to observe synthesis, testing, formulation work

Participation in clinical protocol discussions with CMOs and CROs

Site visits with pharma partners and potential acquirers
