Im Auftrag unseres Kunden, einem global agierenden Hersteller von Industrie- und Mechatroniklösungen suchen wir für den Standort Basel einen
Intellectual Property Engineer / Spezialist (a).

Die Rolle:

  • Zusammenarbeit mit den für Ihre Portfolios relevanten F&E-Zentren und Förderung von Innovationen in Entwicklungsprojekten
  • Sicherstellung der Umsetzung und Überwachung von Patent- und Designanmeldungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den F&E-Zentren und IP-Beratungsunternehmen
  • Anwendung der IP-Richtlinie des Konzerns, von der Beschreibung der Erfindung bis zur Ausarbeitung der Patentanmeldung, einschließlich der Beantwortung von Prüfungs- und Einspruchsverfahren vor den Patentämtern
  • Bewertung der Handlungsfreiheit und Patentierbarkeit innovativer technischer Lösungen der F&E-Zentren
  • Verwaltung Ihrer Portfolios an eingetragenen Patenten und Designs durch Organisation und Umsetzung von Anmelde-, Aufrechterhaltungs- und Verlängerungsentscheidungen
  • Koordination mit der Rechtsabteilung des Konzerns hinsichtlich Maßnahmen zur Verteidigung eingetragener Patente und Designs
  • Definition, Entwicklung und Implementierung von Best Practices im Bereich IP innerhalb des Konzerns zur Stärkung des IP-Bereichs
  • Mitwirkung an der Aufdeckung von IP-Rechtsverletzungen oder Beeinträchtigungen der Innovationsfreiheit durch den Einsatz von Überwachungsinstrumenten
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Konzerngesellschaften in IP-Fragen

Dein Profil:

  • Sie sind Generalist/in oder promovierte/r Maschinenbau- oder Elektrotechniker/in und verfügen über 5 bis 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Konstruktionsbüro im Bereich mechatronischer Embedded-Produkte und -Systeme (Mechanik, Elektronik und Embedded-Software, Automatisierung, Werkstoffe etc.) oder als Patentingenieur/in in einem Unternehmen dieser Branche.
  • Ein Abschluss im Bereich des geistigen Eigentums ist von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich des geistigen Eigentums (Patente, Marken, Designs, Urheberrechte);
  • verhandlungssichere Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse, die Ihnen die sichere Kommunikation in technischen Gesprächen und die Erstellung von Dokumenten ermöglichen
  • sorgfältige und präzise Analyse komplexer Daten;
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe.
