Deine Mission

In dieser Schlüsselrolle bist du für die fachliche und operative Leitung des Investment Performance und Risk Controlling verantwortlich. Du prägst die Standards für nachhaltige Anlagen und schaffst die Basis für datenbasierte Entscheidungen.

Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Fachliche Führung: Du leitest das Investment Performance und Risk Controlling operativ und strategisch.
  • Sicherstellung der Compliance: Du gewährleistest ein unabhängiges, revisionssicheres Controlling für alle vom Sustainable Asset Management verwalteten Anlagen.
  • Methodik & Entwicklung: Du entwickelst die Abteilung sowie die eingesetzten Methoden und Instrumente laufend weiter und setzt diese aktiv in den Systemen um.
  • GIPS-Management: Du führst das GIPS Office, stellst die Konformität sicher und schaffst ein skalierbares Fundament für die Performance-Analyse.
  • Team-Support: Du unterstützt dein Team im Tagesgeschäft und sorgst für eine präzise Risiko- und Performancemessung.
