Wir suchen nicht nur jemanden, der Marketing "macht", sondern jemanden, der unsere Goto-Market-Maschine gemeinsam mit unseren Vertriebspartnern aufbaut und automatisiert.

Deine Mission

Du bist der Motor hinter unserem Wachstum. Dein Ziel ist es, unsere Inhalte und Webinare in eine Conversion-Maschine zu verwandeln, die echte Leads generiert.

Das wirst du bewegen:

  • The Funnel Architect: Du konzipierst und baust High-Converting Webinar-Funnels – von der Landingpage über 3-Mail-Sequenzen bis zum Follow-up.
  • Content that Converts: Du schreibst und gestaltest Assets (LinkedIn, Newsletter,Whitepaper) zu modernen Führungsthemen.
  • Tech & Automation Wizard: Du liebst "No-Code"? Perfekt. Du orchestrierst unsere Marketing Ops (CRM, n8n, Zapier, HubSpot) und sorgst für nahtlose Datenflüsse.
  • Partner Enablement: Du machst es unseren Partnern leicht, LEADO zu verkaufen, indem du ihnen erstklassige Templates (Mails, Slides, One-Pager) lieferst.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Erfahrung: 2–5+ Jahre im B2B-Marketing (SaaS/Consulting/HR von Vorteil).
  • Starke Feder: Exzellentes Copywriting in Deutsch (Schweizer Tonalität) ist für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Maker-Mindset: Du wartest nicht auf Briefings, sondern setzt Landingpages und Creatives "Hands-on" selbst um.
  • Tech-Affinität: Du hast keine Angst vor APIs. Begriffe wie Marketing Automation und Webinar-Funnels sind dein Zuhause.
