Um unser Wachstum weiter zu steuern und unsere Finanzprozesse zu optimieren, suchen wir einen Financial Accountant (m/w/d), der mit analytischem Blick, Zahlenaffinität und einem Gespür für Prozessoptimierung unser Finance-Team verstärkt.

Deine Aufgaben – Struktur & Präzision für nachhaltiges Wachstum

Finanzbuchhaltung: Verantwortung für die operative Buchführung sowie die Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach OR

Schnittstellenmanagement: Zusammenarbeit Tochtergesellschaft & Holding im Ausland (DE), Steuerberatern und Wirtschaftsprüfern

Controlling & Reporting: Erstellung von Analysen, Prognosen und KPI-Reportings für das Management

Debitoren-/Kreditorenbuchhaltung: Überwachung und Optimierung der Zahlungsströme von Seiten Kunden sowie ggü. den Lieferanten

Business Prozessoptimierung: Digitalisierung und Effizienzsteigerung von Finanz- und Controlling-Prozessen

Dein Profil – Fachkompetenz trifft auf unternehmerisches Denken

Qualifikation: Abgeschlossenes Ausbildung in Finanzen, Controlling, Rechnungswesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Accounting oder Controlling, idealerweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld (E-Commerce, Retail oder Start-up)
Fachwissen: Fundiertes Anwenderwissen der Buchhaltungssoftware Abacus. Erweiterte Kenntnisse der deutschen Buchhaltungsstandards (nach HGB) sowie -software ein Plus (z. B. DATEV, Lucanet)
Analytische Fähigkeiten: Strukturierte, datengetriebene Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch
Hands-on-Mentalität: Lösungsorientierte Denkweise und Eigeninitiative
Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1-Level)
