Consultant Automation Engineer spécialisé Fill & Finish
pour intervenir sur site client en
industrie biotechnologique

Au sein de l'équipe Automation de notre client, vous interviendrez sur des projets stratégiques liés aux systèmes automatisés
Rockwell
dans un environnement
Fill & Finish
.

*Missions principales*

  • Participer à la conception, mise en service et qualification de nouveaux systèmes d'automatisation sur des équipements Fill & Finish (remplissage aseptique, inspection visuelle, lyophilisation, packaging).
  • Contribuer à la gestion de projets CAPEX et upgrades sur les systèmes Rockwell.
  • Assurer le suivi technique des systèmes existants et apporter un support ponctuel au troubleshooting.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes métiers (production, qualité, maintenance) dans un environnement GMP.
  • Rédiger et mettre à jour la documentation technique (URS, FS, FAT/SAT, protocoles de qualification).
  • Former et accompagner les autres membres de l'équipe automation sur la compétence Fill & Finish.

Profil recherché

  • Diplôme d'ingénieur (automation, électricité, électronique, informatique industrielle ou équivalent).
  • 5+ ans d'expérience confirmée en automatisation dans l'industrie pharmaceutique/biotechnologique, avec une expertise Fill & Finish.
  • Très bonne maîtrise des systèmes Rockwell (programmation, validation, troubleshooting).
  • Solide compréhension des environnements GMP et de la réglementation associée.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, esprit d'équipe et capacité à former vos collègues.
  • Langues : français courant + anglais niveau B2 minimum (oral et écrit).
