On behalf of our client a dynamic and forward-thinking biopharmaceutical company based in the Zug region, we are currently seeking an

IT Service Manager (Healthcare Industry) – German & English required – immediately available (Ref. 2613)

6 months temporary contract

As the IT Service Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for all IT-related staff support, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience. You will drive operational improvements, manage service delivery, and collaborate with international teams to maintain high standards.

Your main tasks

  • Lead daily IT support for hardware/software, coordinating with external partners
  • Resolve incidents and service requests promptly
  • Provide escalation support for complex technical issues
  • Set up devices and onboard new team members
  • Track IT asset inventory and lifecycle
  • Maintain SLAs/KPIs and improve service quality
  • Streamline support through automation and process optimization
  • Collaborate across IT teams to solve cross-functional issues
  • Create and update user guides and documentation

Your profile

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • +5 years' proven experience in IT operations within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Independent, agile, and results-oriented approach with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent technical knowledge and a strong commitment to customer service
  • Full professional proficiency in both German and English
