About The Role

We're searching for a
Director of Talent Acquisition
to architect and lead a world-class recruiting organization. This is a
mission-critical leadership position
where you will design a high-performance internal talent engine that operates with the
speed, discipline, and quality of a top-tier executive search firm
.

We're looking for someone
ambitious, resourceful, intensely organized, and driven to build something exceptional
inside a creative and AI-powered environment.

What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters + a People Ops partner

Build and maintain strong daily and weekly recruiting rhythms

Ensure high-speed, high-quality execution across all open roles

Build systems, scorecards, processes, and reporting that make recruiting predictable

Track pipeline health meticulously and maintain exceptional organization

Work cross-functionally with department heads to understand team needs

Align sourcing and recruiting efforts with agency scaling priorities

Provide insights to senior leadership on hiring performance and candidate quality

Who You Are

10+ years in high-volume recruiting (agency, startup, or exec search)

Proven experience managing or leading recruiters

Strong headhunting skills - especially for senior US-based roles

Exceptionally organized and systems-driven

Outstanding communication skills - near-native English required

High-energy, motivated, accountable, and proactive
