* IT - IT Infrastructure & Operations * Aargau * Contracting * Vollzeit * ASAP - 31/01/2027 with the possibility of extension * Systemtechnik / Infrastruktur Tasks & Responsibilities: * System-, application- and infrastructure administration in the manufacturing and packaging area * Participate in small size projects and enhancements, * Work together with local/global manufacturing/warehouse, suppliers and internal IT partners * Create installation documentation based on existing templates and transfer knowledge to operating Teams onsite and remotely * Collaborate with end users to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and deliver * Coordinate resolution of incidents and fulfilment of service requests with multiple IT delivery partners * Resolve or escalate problems for resolution when appropriate * Maintain and develop process and technical knowledge Must Haves: * Relevant completed apprenticeship in IT area or equivalent and/or ideally an advanced degree in the IT or automation field * Knowledge and experience in systems administration in the manufacturing area (e.g. MES, PI, SCADA, PCS) * Knowledge and experience in Windows Server and Client operating systems * Fluency German and English is a must (spoken and written) * Good communication skills * Service oriented attitude, being able to communicate with our customers, also in emergency situations * Team player Nice to Haves: * GMP experience
