Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Analyst to join an international digital team.

In this role, you will support the design, development, and optimization of digital solutions, working at the intersection of business and technology.

You will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are clearly translated into functional requirements and successfully delivered throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, assessing business value and ROI

• Perform impact analysis and identify functional and technical dependencies

• Produce detailed business analyses, highlighting problems, opportunities, and solutions

• Write, maintain, and update functional specifications (FUS), user stories, wireframes, business rules, and data migration plans

• Ensure requirements and specifications are clearly understood by both business and technical teams

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, and QA teams

• Support QA and Test Managers in defining test strategies and validating business requirements

• Lead workshops and design sessions to collect inputs and align stakeholders

• Review functional implications of technical decisions

• Facilitate decision-making and resolve requirement-related conflicts

• Act as a subject matter expert on the business side of digital solutions

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, reviews, retrospectives)

• Contribute to the Business Analyst community of practice

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Product Analyst role

• Proven experience in writing functional specifications and user stories

• Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• Strong stakeholder management skills in matrix or project-based environments

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr

• Familiarity with e-commerce or content platforms is a plus

• Knowledge of IT service delivery and project management practices

• Strong technical aptitude and ease working in technology-driven environments

• IIBA certification is a plus

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Strong customer-service mindset with attention to detail

• Clear and professional communication in multicultural environments

• Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn

• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced Agile environment

Education & Languages

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Fluency in English is required

• French or other European languages are a plus
