Missions principales :

1. Suivi et analyse du chiffre d'affaires

  • Produire et diffuser le reporting quotidien du chiffre d'affaires auprès des parties prenantes.
  • Analyser et commenter les variations mensuelles du Net Invoicing par rapport au forecast.
  • Réaliser des analyses ad hoc à la demande du management pour appuyer la prise de décision.

2. Gestion et mise à jour des données commerciales

  • Compiler les données de Sell-in, Sell-out et Stocks et en assurer la mise à jour mensuelle dans le fichier excel SISO.
  • Garantir la fiabilité et la cohérence des données consolidées.

3. Prévisions et analyses financières

  • Participer à l'estimation des forecasts par référence, marché ou segment selon les besoins.
  • Fournir des analyses ponctuelles de performance commerciale et de rentabilité.

4. Développement et suivi des outils de pilotage

  • Concevoir, mettre à jour et optimiser les tableaux de bord opérationnels et stratégiques (KPI, reporting hebdomadaire, mensuel, trimestriel).
  • Assurer le suivi (BNP) par référence et par marché.

5. Référent Data & Business Intelligence

  • Assurer le rôle de key user Datamart (Cognos BI) pour l'extraction, le contrôle et le chargement des données mensuelles et trimestrielles.
  • Création de rapports automatiser via la BI

Education/Degree:

Formation en gestion et / ou management, avec une spécialisation ou une première expérience en finance, comptabilité ou en contrôle de gestion.

Expérience
:

2 à 5 ans d'expérience réussie au sein d'un groupe de cosmétique ou de distribution de produits de consommation courante dans des fonctions financières.

Technical skills:

  • Esprit analytique développé
    : capacité à interpréter les données et à en tirer des enseignements pertinents.
  • Maîtrise d'Excel avancée
    (tableaux croisés, formules, automatisation) et aisance avec les outils BI (Cognos, Power BI, Tableau…).

Languages:

Langues : Français courant ; anglais professionnel souhaité.

  • Rigueur et sens du détail
    : essentiel pour assurer la fiabilité des reportings et des données consolidées.
  • Capacité à structurer et automatiser les reporting
    : recherche constante d'efficacité et d'optimisation des processus.
  • Méthode et autonomie
    : savoir prioriser les tâches et respecter des deadlines serrés.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs sujets simultanément
    (CA, forecasts, tableaux de bord, analyses ad hoc).
