Nous recherchons un Pharma DS Manufacturing Team Leader qui est rigoureux, orienté résultats et doté de leadership pour rejoindre notre équipe Pharma Drug Substance, basée sur notre site de Bulle, Suisse.

À propos du rôle

Le Pharma DS Manufacturing Team Leader assure le bon déroulement des lignes de production chimique qui lui sont confiées dans les bâtiments de production CP1 ou CP2 afin de produire des substances actives pharmaceutiques (API), dans le respect des normes GMP, de la politique HSE, des délais et des coûts. Il contribue également à l'amélioration continue, à l'optimisation des procédés et au développement des collaborateurs.

Avec qui vous travaillerez

Vous collaborerez directement avec le Manager, les Team Leader Deputy, les techniciens experts et les opérateurs, ainsi qu'avec les départements partenaires (Maintenance, Engineering, Qualité, HSE et Ressource Humaine).

Ce que vous ferez

  • Produire des substances actives pharmaceutiques et leurs intermédiaires
  • Superviser et coordonner les activités planifiées de l'équipe
  • Assurer la répartition quotidienne des ressources selon les priorités
  • Garantir la conformité des opérations aux normes GMP et HSE
  • Maintenir les zones de production propres et organisées (5S)
  • Développer les compétences et la polyvalence des membres de l'équipe

Intéressé(e) ? Pour ce rôle, nous recherchons les qualifications suivantes

  • Certificat Fédéral de Capacité (CFC) en chimie, pharmacie, technique ou alimentaire
  • Expérience confirmée en production pharmaceutique, chimique ou technique industrielle
  • Compétences en leadership, organisation et gestion d'équipe
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression dans un environnement dynamique
  • Bonnes connaissances techniques générales et sens de la décision
  • Excellentes aptitudes de communication et de coaching
