IT Engineer

Bulle, Switzerland (Site-Based)

About the role:

We are seeking a french speaking Senior IT Engineer with manufacturing experience for an on-site role in Bulle, Switzerland. The ideal candidate must have strong IT knowledge and extensive experience in manufacturing or automation systems such as Aveva System Platform. The candidate should be highly motivated, innovative, and a self-starter, possessing excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

· Ability to provide IT L3 support for the IT side of Manufacturing Applications

· Read and understand business User Requirements Specification Documents

· Support the execution of system changes and optimization under site change control

Incident management:

· L3 support

· End to end IT incident management

· Redact Knowledge base article for future incident resolution

· Monitoring Application health

Problem management:

· Proactive and reactive problem management

· Create and manage problem tickets

· Coordinate end to end problem resolution (Infrastructure, Network, DB & product vendors as appropriate)

Change Management:

· Create, manage change requests

· Follow up on change activities

· Perform change activities as needed (IQ/OQ tests)

Application Operations & Lifecycle Management:

· Manage application patching (installation, coordination with product vendor)

· Create installation procedures as appropriate

· Create and manage asset information in CMDB

· Manage application accesses (create/modify/disable)

· Create/update service desk guide

· Create/update configuration guide

Requirements:

· Senior IT Profile

· Familiarity with ISA 88 and GAMP (nice to have)

· Minumim over 5+ years relevant industry experience

· Pharma industry experience preferred
