The ideal candidate must have strong IT knowledge and extensive experience in manufacturing or automation systems such as Aveva System Platform. Candidate should be highly motivated, innovative, self-starter, possessing excellent interpersonal & problem-solving skills.Responsibilities:Provide IT L3 support for the IT side of Manufacturing Applications.Read & understand business User Requirements Specification Documents.Support the execution of system changes and optimization under site change control.End to End IT Incident Management.Draft Knowledge Base article for future incident resolution.Monitor Application health.Proactive & reactive problem management.Create & manage problem Tickets.Coordinate end to end problem resolution (Infrastructure, Network, DB, product vendors as appropriate.Change Management: Follow up on change activities.Perform change activities as needed (IQ/OQ tests).Application Operations & Lifecycle Management: Manage application patching (installation, coordination with product vendor).Create installation procedures as appropriate.Create & manage asset info in CMDB.Manage application accesses (create/modify/disable).Update configuration guide.Requirements:Familiarity with ISA 88 & GAMP (nice to have).Minimum 5+ years relevant industry experience.Pharma Industry Experience preferred.About Cognizant:Cognizant (Nasa-100: CTSH) is one of the World's leading professional Services Companies, transforming clients' business, operating & technology Models for the digital Era.
