Wir suchen nach Vereinbarung eine/n

Marketing & Communications Manager (m/w) Site-Based

  • Erstellung und Pflege des Marketing-/Kommunikationsplans unter Berücksichtigung sämtlicher Outlets (Hotel, Restaurants, Catering und Spa)
  • Erstellung und Planung sämtlicher PR und Werbeaktivitäten
  • Koordination sämtlicher Pressereisen und vor Ort Betreuung von Journalisten und VIPs
  • Steuerung zweier PR Agenturen
  • Suche und Umsetzung neuer und kreativer Marketing Ideen zur Steigerung der Brand Awareness & Umsatzsteigerung
  • Inhaltserstellung, Design und Produktion für sämtliche Marketing Materialien (Broschüren, Flyer, Banner, Menuekarten usw.) Grundkenntnisse mit Adobe InDesign wünschenswert.
  • Gelegentliche Koordination und vor Ort Betreuung von Fotoshootings
  • Konzeption, Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Contentmassnahmen auf verschiedenen Social Media-Kanälen
  • Weiterentwicklung, Ausbau und Pflege aller Social Media-Kanäle
  • Community Management inkl. Monitoring, Beantworten von Social Media-Anfragen und Moderation der Community
  • Sicherstellung des Erfolgs der durchgeführten Massnahmen durch regelmässige Reportings
  • Planung und Durchführung zielgruppenspezifischer Email-Kampagnen
  • Pflege der hoteleigenen Webseite und weiteren relevanten Plattformen (Google Business, TripAdvisor usw.)
  • Pflege diverser Datenbanken (Revinate etc.)
  • Regelmässige Erstellung von Reportings und Auswertungen
  • Budgetplanung der Marketing & Sales Abteilung

  • Unterstützung des Sales Managers bei der Planung von ausgewählten Verkaufsaktivitäten (Messen, Roadshows usw.) und bei der Erstellung attraktiver Gästeangebote

  • Sie verfügen über Praxiserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position (Hotellerie Erfahrung nicht zwingend)

  • Hands-on-Mentalität, hohes Mass an Eigeninitiative und eine strukturierte, umsetzungs- sowie ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sie besitzen eine hohe Affinität zur Luxusindustrie
  • Erfahrung mit Online-Medien und Bewirtschaftung von Social Media Plattformen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Social Media Kanälen (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) und Email-Marketing-Tools und CMS
  • Erfahrung in der Systematik in Analyse und Konzeption
  • Perfekte Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und sehr gute Französischkenntnisse
  • Produktion Bildmaterial - Video und Audio sind ein Plus
