Du arbeitest innerhalb der RESO Group AG mit verschiedenen Gesellschaften rund um das Immobilien Management zusammen. Aufgabenbereiche (operativ)

  • Du 
    leitest
     
    Projekte
     im Bereich der Betriebsplanung für Neu- und Bestandsbauten. Bei Neubau- oder Sanierungsprojekten 
    begleitest und berätst
     Du mit Deinem fundierten Wissen in Bau- und Anlagentechnik den Bauherren in 
    allen betriebsrelevanten Themen
    .
  • Du erarbeitest gemeinsam mit den Kunden 
    bedarfsgerechte und innovative Betriebsführungs- und Subkonzepte
     mit Integration von smarten Services für Gebäude und Areale verschiedenster Nutzungen.
  • Du hast ein hohes Verständnis für 
    Kundenservice und Sales
    . Du erkennst die Herausforderungen und Probleme des Kunden und engagierst Dich für Lösungsansätze.

Du übernimmst während der gesamten Projektdauer die 
Ergebnisverantwortung
 und berücksichtigst die konzeptionellen, betriebswirtschaftlichen und qualitativen Anforderungen.

Qualifikationen

  • Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Facility / Real Estate Management sowie betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im (Bau-)Projektmanagement / Consulting / Smart Building / Digitalisierung / IoT
  • Bereitschaft in anspruchsvollen nationalen Projekten tatkräftig mitzuarbeiten und zu leiten
  • Begeisterung für betriebliche Optimierung und tiefgehendes Verständnis der Prozesse des Facility Managements
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden
