Deine Aufgaben
  • Betreuung unserer Kunden und Unterstützung bei der Benutzung unseres Produkts
  • Bearbeiten von ein- und ausgehender Kundenkommunikation (First-Level-Support)
  • Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Um- und Ausgestaltung ihrer Prozesse
  • Einholung und Auswertung von Kundenfeedback bzgl. Weiterentwicklung des Produkts
  • Identifikation von unerfüllten Kundenbedürfnissen und Entwicklung von neuen Lösungen


Dein Profil
  • Erfahrung oder (in) Ausbildung im buchhalterischen Bereich
  • Erfahrung im Treuhand von Vorteil
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine sehr schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung erkennbar an deiner Empathie, die ein Sinnbild dafür ist, wie wichtig uns die Anliegen unserer Kunden sind
  • Fähigkeit komplexe Probleme und Sachverhalte simpel und verständlich zu kommunizieren
  • Fliessend in Deutsch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
