The Customer Success organization,an organization within CE&S, is leading the effort to enable customer success on the Microsoft Cloud by harnessing leading, AI-powered capabilities and human expertise to deliver innovation solutions that accelerate business value, drive operational excellence and nurture long term loyalty.

We are looking for aCloud Solution Architect (CSA), specializing in Cloud Infrastructurewho is passionate about driving our customers' Infrastructure & AI transformation on the Microsoft Platform. This is a customer-facing role, owning the technical relationship between the customer and Microsoft, helping customers to leverage their Microsoft investments through architecture, implementation, and operational health engagements.

This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • AND 5-7+ years ' experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software de velopment/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
• Fluency in English and B2 level in German

Additional qualifications:

• Business Value: The ability to convey the business needs and value of proposed solutions, plans, and risks to stakeholders and decision makers. This includes the ability to persuade and inform based on facts and alignment with goals and strategy.
• Trusted Advisership: The ability to build trusted advisor status and deep relationships across stakeholders (e.g., technical decision makers, business decision makers) through an understanding of customer needs and technologies.
• Situational fluency: Using self-awareness as a mechanism to interpret verbal and non-verbal cues to increase your ability to "read the room."
• Insightful listening: asking insightful questions to understand the customer needs, issues, business environment and drivers, and going beyond what is said
• Technical experience and knowledge in Well Architected Framework/Cloud Adoption Framework (WAF/CAF), Enterprise-scale technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management
• Automotive or travel background

Responsibilities

• You willdrive positive Customer Satisfactionand become a trusted advisor and provide feedback and insights from customers/partners and be the Voice of Customer to share insights and best practices, connect with Global Infrastrcuture teams at Microsoft, Engineering and Product teams to remove blockers and influence the solution roadmap.
• You will land an end-to-end value prop for Infrastructure (i.e., Reliability and Resilience) which spans the breadth of Microsoft Infrastrcuture offerings, and with focus onNetworking, designing and implementing an AI Ready Infrastructur and helping our customers to achieve the best resilience and highest reliability for their critical workloads .
• You will support customers through the adoption lifecycle, through planning, adoption, deployment and optimization as you support increasing drive of Microsoft Infrastructure products utilization as you lead technical solutioning and nurturing across the customer journey.
• You will deliver technical presentations & demos and propose high-level solutions and work with key Microsoft and Partner resources to drive deployment & customer adoption Identify cross sell/upsell/Unified opportunities through customer engagement.
• You will align your individual skilling to team/area demands and Customer Success goals and accelerate customer outcomes - Share expertise, contribute to IP creation & re-use to accelerate customer outcomes.
• Run Architectural Design Sessionto build a plan for implementing the solution – governing design in line with customer business goals and their technical environment. Outcome is consensus on solution design and next steps toward production.
• Collaborate and orchestrate with other Cloud Solution Architects and MS stakeholders including our sales teams, partner, and Microsoft Consulting in developing complex end-to-end Enterprise solutions with the Microsoft Azure platform.
