Join our Global Delivery Solutions (GDS) team as a Senior Inventory Replenishment Specialist, where you will play a critical role in ensuring product availability across our global supply chain network. This position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and balancing company inventory across the Global Supply Chain network—supporting both commercial product availability and new product introductions. You will ensure accurate distribution, monitoring, and reconciliation of inventories in accordance with internal processes and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead physical inventory counts and monthly reconciliations of finished goods at CLH hubs.
  • Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies in collaboration with Finance.
  • Manage the process for destruction of consigned inventory.
  • Maintain accurate operational and financial inventory records and reports.
  • Provide inventory analysis and insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and drive process improvements across the supply chain, both operationally and system-wise.
  • Analyze inventory KPIs and implement targeted improvement actions.
  • Support assigned projects and perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities.

  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory control.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles.
  • ERP experience required (SAP preferred); strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
