Missions

Le « Head of Archiving » est responsable de la bonne gestion des archives de la Banque. Il gère les archives papiers ainsi que l'alimentation centralisée des archives électroniques (GED-S2i). Il a également la responsabilité de la codification et du maintien des adresses clients dans le S2i.


Compléments
  • Gérer et superviser les systèmes de classement et de conservation des archives ;
  • Mettre en place les procédures d'archivage conformes aux normes définies (collecte, stockage, destruction, etc.) ;
  • Garantir la qualité et la cohérence des bases de données d'archives ;
  • Mettre en place les ressources et processus pour répondre aux demandes de recherche ;
  • Organiser, contrôler et assurer la traçabilité des opérations de collecte, classement, déménagement, communication et destruction des archives ;
  • Organiser la numérisation des documents papiers et leur saisie dans le système d'archivage électronique ;
  • Contrôler l'alimentation du système d'archivage électronique par les différents flux d'information ;
  • Assurer la codification, la saisie S2i et le contrôle des adresses clients ;
  • Gérer la suspension des envois à la suite de retours de courrier.

Responsabilités managériales d'une équipe composée de 2 collaborateurs : 

  • Motiver et encadrer les collaborateurs qui lui rapportent ;
  • Superviser les activités des collaborateurs de son équipe ;
  • Développer l'esprit d'équipe et favoriser la performance collective ;
  • Contribuer au développement de ses collaborateurs ;
  • Evaluer les collaborateurs de son équipe.
