Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Geneva for a Head of Artificial Intelligence at JobCloud. The Head of AI will lead the strategic development and implementation of AI-based solutions to optimize recruitment processes, improve user experiences, and drive innovation. Responsibilities include overseeing AI projects, managing a team of specialists, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that AI initiatives align with the organization's goals and maintain data integrity and security.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Computer Science and Data Science, with expertise in designing and implementing AI-driven technologies.
  • Proven experience in advanced techniques such as Pattern Recognition and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  • Knowledge of Computer Vision and its practical applications in enhancing user experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex AI projects effectively.
  • Strong understanding of ethical considerations and data privacy standards in AI development.
  • Experience in the HR technology or recruitment industry is a plus.
  • Master's or PhD in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence.
