Job content

The job content varies but includes:

• Playing a key role in the development of our digital transformation team in the DACH region
• Maintaining and nurturing your personal network and acquiring client engagements
• Developing your own client relationships with current and potential clients
• Being responsible for consistently excellent delivery of client assignments in different industries, creating impact for our clients by supporting them on their digital transformation journey and playing an active part in the delivery of our projects
• Managing stakeholders at all relevant levels of the client organisation
• Training and developing consultants inside and outside of projects

We are looking for you if you

 

• Hold a relevant master's degree from at least one top university with top grades
• Have 10+ years of professional experience, of which at least 5 are as a project manager or project leader in the field of digital transformation consulting (management consulting services)
• Are a true functional and/or industry expert in your field and can translate your knowledge into client solutions
• Have experience from several of the following types of assignments: digital transformation (design and implementation), digital/IT strategy, data management and analytics, project management of large transformation programmes
• Lead projects independently and lead team members based on a strong skillset and experience
• Have excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Are down-to-earth, enjoy working in teams and can build good client relationships at all levels of the organisation
• Have the ability to establish a good cooperation with clients at all organisational levels and being the top management's trusted adviser
• Have experience working with large corporates as well as mid-cap companies
• Have a commercial mindset with the desire to develop opportunities and customer relations and strong capabilities to sell advisory services
• Have a proven commercial track record in selling management consulting services in the field of digital transformation at least the 4 last years, preferable from a management consulting company.
• Have a resilient network of very good client relationships
• Dare to get off the beaten track
• Speak and write fluent English and preferably German

As a person, you are empathetic, have excellent interpersonal skills and can deal with different stakeholders. You have strong analytical and communication skills and understand what is important to the client and why. You are empathetic and create positive energy in the work environment.
